Fun fact! You’ll be learning about Inca farming techniques that are based on altitude instead of seasons. Learn how 20 varieties of potatoes are vultivated at higher altitudes and how fruits, vegetables, coffee, coca plants, and about five varieties of corn are farmed at lower altitudes.

Eat, sleep, and stay in Quechua villages that offer rustic but comfortable accommodations. Experience life with them as you learn about agriculture, alpaca shepherding, farming, and identifying native medicinal herbs.
